Online course in Astrology

Hi guys,

I am very exited to, once again, be offering my online course in astrology at the end of March.
With the spring equinox, we enter a new astrological year, and the journey through the Zodiac begins anew, making March the perfect starting point.

If you are interested in astrology, personal development and how the energetic undercurrents in the environment affect your mind and body, this course might be for you.

Flowing with the changes

Astrology describes the world through patterns and cycles. It is a rich system that can help us identify and follow energetic movements that grow in intensity and then subside. As we travel through these energetic shifts, different aspects of ourselves surface, entering our awareness.

When we experience these (sometimes quite intense) energetic shifts and changes, it is like spending time in an energic pressure cooker. When the lid comes off, we have transformed into someone “softer and juicier.”
We are changed, having learned new things about ourselves, and can move forward in our lives, slightly different and more aware of who we are and what we want.

Using astrology in a practical way

Having some insight into astrology can help us feel more at ease with our lives’ ever-changing ebb and flow and give us valuable clues about what to focus on and when.
Knowing when to put “the pedal to the metal” and when to slow down to recharge our batteries and give ourselves thinking time. It can save us from much frustration and prevent us from wasting our efforts.

Astrology can also assist us in strengthening and trusting our gut feelings. To be able to hear and rely on what feels the most natural, most of us have to drill through many layers of “musts”, “shoulds”, and “have-tos” (learned behavior and conditioning). Opinions and cultural imprinting are so ingrained in us that we might not even notice these layers, let alone question them. Here, our birth chart is an excellent tool.

The planetary placements at the moment we were born can be used as a blueprint or a simplified map of the topography of our personality. It offers a way of seeing ourselves a bit from the outside. We can use it as a reference point, a different perspective, when we ask ourselves if we are moving forward in the “right” direction or need to adjust the course slightly.

Understanding how transiting planets and planetary alignments affect us in the present moment can also save us a lot of worry and confusion. For example, knowing how the moon’s different phases may affect our sleeping patterns can be helpful. If we know where in the cycle we are, we might have more compassion for a grumpy, sleep-deprived colleague or decide to skip our afternoon coffee for a couple of days to feel more at ease.

Being aware of more life-changing events like a Saturn return can help with worry and overwhelm (sometimes called our 30-year crisis and can feel like our lives have been turned upside down). Some knowledge about the more significant astrological “bumps” in the road can keep the fear at bay and help us focus on solutions instead.

These are a few of the astrological areas we will explore during the course and you will learn to tap into, if you decide to explore part of this journey or travel all the way around the zodiac in my astrology course.

A second year

As I write this post, my first group and I have completed the sun’s orbit from Aries to Pisces. For me, it has been an extraordinary adventure. Apparently, my travel companions have enjoyed it too as they have signed up to continue exploring what the stars have to tell us. So, at the moment I am planning the curriculum for a second year together with them.

Q&A on March 12, 2025, at 8.30 (GMT +1)

If this sounds interesting, and you would like to know more, you can sign up for the free Q&A on March 12. I will present the course in more detail, and if you have any questions about the content or the practical details, there will also be room for that. Book your spot and also read more about the course and the free Zoom call on March 12, 2025, HERE.

An obvious choice

Today’s addition to Magic Mittens’ magical playlist was a song I simply couldn’t resist…

Aquarius by Galt MacDermot and Tom Pierson, from the musical Hair. After travelling around the zodiac, the lyric will make much more sense to you!!!! 😉

If you are interested in star-gazing, come and join me on March 12!
Much love,

Carin
