An adventure and a bit of housekeeping

Hi everyone,
I hope you are doing well and that the waves from April have subsided a little bit, even if Life will demand that we continue to work with the insights and changes that have been brought to us for quite some time. Hopefully, you now have a clearer picture of what is going on in your life.

We recently stepped into Gemini, and this solar sign is all about communication and sharing information.
I will do just that in today’s (a bit lengthy) blog post. I will cover the changes regarding the sessions I offer. You will read about the online class I have created, which will be starting in July. What I have been up to lately, is also something I am looking forward to sharing with you.

To avoid disappointments

From July 1, 2024, I will adjust the prices for my sessions.
Five years have passed since the last time, and unfortunately, the currency in this little country up in the North is lagging behind the bigger players. So, this price adjustment is very much needed. You will find the new price list here (link to RATES AND PACKAGES).

This information has been posted on the website for some time, but I want to avoid unpleasant surprises as we step into the second half of the year. I let you know about this well in advance, on purpose.
For those working with me more intensely right now and who are planning to continue to do so for some time, I want to give you the chance to plan ahead. I am aware that doing this work is an investment, and this way, you can save a little bit of money.

Magic Mittens’s magic playlist

Now, over to something more cheerful and less serious.
Those of you who have followed me for a while, know that I share a piece of music in my posts now and then. Recently, I created a playlist on Spotify with my “blog music”, to get all my favourites in the same place.
At the moment, I am going through the material I have posted over the years and adding the music to this playlist.

I have a soft spot (no pun intended) for Spotify since I, for once, was an “early adopter”.
Ususally, it takes time for me to get in line with new inventions (as many of you know, when you have found handwritten letters from me in your mailbox). When I am first in line for something, I feel pretty proud of myself!
At the beginning of the Spotify saga, I was invited to be a beta tester, while this huge music platform was still operated from a basement in Rågsved (a suburb outside of Stockholm).

At that time, it was easier to find music outside “my box”, throught their search tools. By typing a random work in the search box, I discovered songs, artists, and genres from around the world that I didn’t even know existed. I had so much fun.
I suspect that the foundation I created then is still confusing the algorithms today – something that makes my inner rebel smirk a little bit.

if you want, you can add this playlist to your Spotify library. I will continue to expand it with more music, as I write new posts. Perhaps you will find gems to explore there as well.

An online course beginning in July 2024

As I shared in my previous blog post, I have created an online course.
It is based on an idea I have been mulling over for several years. When the timing finally felt right to launch it, I started the first group in March, and it has been a wonderful experience so far.
In July, I will open up for a second group.
The purpose of the course is to understand the energies in our surrounding environment and work with them – rather than against them.

The tools we will use are channelled material and astrology.
Those of you who have had a channelled session with me know that there is not only a piece of text you receive, but there is an energetic component to it as well. Depending on how you pick up energetic information, you might feel it in your physical body or experience it as a shift in your thoughts or emotional state. It is a clearing and balancing of your energy field that takes place.
In the course, there will be channelled material and an energetic alignment for everyone in the group each time we meet. Instead of AI, I use CI (Celestial Intelligence), and I promise – no Silicon Valley-based tech company is involved 🙂

I have also chosen to include the astrological perspective.
Astrology is an interesting map that helps us understand how to interact with the surrounding energies more deliberately. It is not a perfect roadmap of reality, but a rich model can give us an overview of different areas in our lives.

A closer look at our birth chart can help us understand more about our personality, and it can be helpful when we want to gain insight into what is going on in our lives.
Most of us are naturally sensitive to energy shifts in the environment. Even if we cannot always put our finger on what is going on, we are fine-tuned to when our moods and thoughts suddenly change, or when the focus in our lives takes a sudden and unexpected turn. Taking a look at the present planetary alignments can give a lot of clarity and save us from spending our energy worrying about what is going on.

From Leo to Scorpio 2024

Astrology can be very theoretical, but that is not how we will work with this treasure of knowledge in the course. The aim is to experience astrology, learn how different frequencies affect us, and make them assist us in creating a future aligned with our dreams and aspirations. A lot has been won if we understand how to go WITH the flow rather than working against it.

This course’s setting is intimate, with only 5-6 people in the group.
During the four months the module lasts,  we will have enough time to talk about our personal experiences of the surrounding energies, and there will be room to look at everyone’s birth chart.

The group will meet on Zoom monthly for a 2,5 h session. We will go through the channelled text for the month ahead and dive into one or two astrological aspects that are relevant for the period. Between the online sessions, we will keep in touch on a weekly basis.
If you are not familar with astrology, the horoscope you see here could almost seem frightening with all its strange symbols and odd diagrams, but by the end of these four months, quite a few of these weird signs will make sense to you.

You are invited to a Q&A a few weeks before the start

Does this sound interesting?
If it does, there will be a Q&A session on Zoom a couple of weeks before the start of the course. During this Zoom session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and figure out if this is for you. You will also have the chance to experience what having a channelled group message feels like for you (so you know what you are getting yourself into 🙂) There will be reminders about this event in the upcoming blog posts when I have set a date for this Q&A.
Send me an email if you want the link to this Q&A, or if you already know that you would like to be part of the course.

My latest adventure

Betweeen playlists and course content creating I sneaked off on a wonderful adventure.
While my hometown, Malmö, had Eurovision fever, I abandoned the party and went to the UK. In a way, I participated in the celebrations by visiting Brighton in the South of England. Brighton is where ABBA won the competition 50 years ago with “Waterloo”. So, in some backward way, I had a connection to the festivities, too.

I Brighton, I was assisting my friend Mi Elveson (who obviously has not seen enough K-dramas!!!!) at a speakers event she hosted. A group of brilliant women entered the stage, sharing their stories. The keynote speaker was Lu Featherstone. Her talk focused on finding the permission within to be seen and heard, and how we need to stop cheating the world of valuable information that really would make it a better place.
Many angels walked through the room during that day.

My contribution was to assist in the preparations and get the speakers ready before stage. During these few days, I learned much about headsets, tripods (and cables), photography, lighting, and event management. An entire new world has opened up for me—and it is so exciting!
To be invited behind the scenes, so to speak, and to participate in the preparation for an event (even if I was there only for a fraction of the work) has given me an even greater respect for the process and the deep knowledge required to make the visual and audio work.

I made many new friends, had beautiful and inspiring conversations, and left Brighton almost exploding with new ideas of what I would like to learn and experience. If we are friends on social media, you might have seen bits and pieces of this coming up in your feed. If not, you can search for Eyestorm Women on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. A new speaking opportunity hosted by Eyestorm Women is planned for November.

I think I have done my Gemini-work for today. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Take good care of yourself, and see you again soon.
Much love,

Carin
